*hayibo! is used to expressed shock or dismay. It means "Nooooo...you can't be serious??????" Or "what the **§*%!!!" Like if a pedestrian is jay walking (as they tend to do in this part of the world) and they nearly get run over they will look at the driver and say "hayibo!"
