It is wonderful when friends can be brutally honest with each other.
Blossom the Black Pansy is now seven months old. She recently investigated her blog stats for the first time, and was thrilled to see readers from all over the world: The U.S.A is a close second to South Africa, although the U.K is catching up. And then there were lovely surprises like Jordan, Russia, Poland, Finland, Hungary, Botswana, India, Croatia and Nigeria!
The blog is Pansy's practice for her book. So after seeing the blog stats our delighted little Petal contacted some of her friends to share the good news. An extract from one e-mail exchange went like this:
Dear Mavis*
So, do you like my blog? I put on a new post today (in between doing my assignment).

Mavis replied:
Hi chick,
....to be honest hun, I have never read your blog...I am sure I will one day but I would much prefer to read your book as then at least I know your editor will tell you when you stop...
